Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress from Iceland . Anita Briesm, an Icelandic actress, is famous for her role as Jane Seymour (the young woman who would later become the spouse to Henry VIII) in the television show The Tudors. Also for the character of Hannah in the 2008 film Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem was born in Iceland and began her journey as an actor at age nine in Iceland's National Theater, is best recognized for her role as Jane Seymour. Briem worked as an actress in Iceland in her youth. Briem left Iceland for London at 16 years old when he was part of the stage production Lenin's Love. Briem was a student at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for 3 years and earned a diploma in acting.
